Good for Lifegain decks

- Gives Blue Creatures +1/+1 and turns Blue Artifacts into Creatures.
Good for use in infinite coloured mana combo with Pili-Pala.

- One mana and two life to discard an opponent’s non-land card.
Good for discard decks.
