High Perfect Morcant – Deck Overview

High Perfect Morcant has a focus of using an ETB (enter the battlefield) trigger to blight and then use Elves to proliferate.

The aim of this being to remove your opponents’ creatures and buff your own.

This is achieved by using creatures that are Elves,

along with buffs for Elves.

This is in addition to cards that distribute counters.

As well as being a powerful deck to play, it includes some great examples of borderless art.
